Terms of Service for Last Wish: An Open World Game

Welcome to Last Wish: An Open World Game, a single-player virtual reality (VR) game developed by Gamewaar using Unity. Last Wish 2025 lets you explore beautiful nature, animals, flowers, and music with smooth locomotion and a comfortable VR experience. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules you agree to follow when playing Last Wish on the Meta platform. Please read them carefully. By playing Last Wish, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t play.

1. Who Can Play Last Wish

• Age: Last Wish is for players 13 or older (or 16 in some regions, per local laws). If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to play.
• Account: You need a valid Meta account to play. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and not sharing your login details.
• Device: You must use a compatible VR headset (e.g., Meta Quest) and follow its safety guidelines to play safely.

2. Your Responsibilities

To keep Last Wish safe and enjoyable, you agree to:

• Follow Rules: Play fairly. Don’t cheat, hack, or use unauthorized software to change the game.
• Stay Legal: Don’t do anything illegal or harmful, like trying to copy or misuse the game.
• Use Properly: Only use Last Wish as intended. Don’t modify, reverse-engineer, or share the game without permission.

If you break these rules, we may warn you, suspend your account, or stop you from playing.

3. Game Content and Ownership

• Our Content: Last Wish, including its music, nature, animals, flowers, and VR features (like locomotion and simulation), is owned by Gamewaar or our partners. You can’t copy, sell, or use it outside the game without our permission.
• Your Content: Things you create in the game, like custom profiles or settings, belong to you, but you give us permission to use them in Last Wish (e.g., to save your progress).
• Feedback: If you share ideas or feedback, we can use them to improve the game without owing you anything.

4. In-Game Purchases

• Buying Items: Last Wish may offer in-game purchases (e.g., skins, music packs, or nature themes) through Meta’s payment system. All purchases are final, unless required by law.
• No Refunds: We don’t offer refunds for in-game purchases, except where local laws say we must.
• Your Responsibility: Make sure you’re authorized to make purchases, especially if kids use your account.

5. VR Safety and Comfort

• Play Safely: Follow your VR headset’s safety instructions to avoid injury. Take breaks to stay comfortable.
• Comfort Settings: Last Wish includes options to adjust locomotion or simulation (e.g., to reduce motion sickness) for a comfy VR experience. You can change these in-game or via your headset.
• Health Notice: VR can cause motion sickness or discomfort. Stop playing if you feel unwell and consult a doctor if needed.

6. Updates and Changes

• Game Updates: We may update Last Wish to add features, fix bugs, or improve music, nature, or animals. You need to install updates to keep playing.
• Terms Changes: We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you through the game or our website (https://www.gamewaar.com/). If you keep playing, you agree to the new Terms.
• Service Changes: We can change or stop Last Wish at any time, but we’ll try to give you notice if possible.

7. Termination

• Your Choice: You can stop playing Last Wish anytime by uninstalling it or deleting your Meta account.
• Our Choice: We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, cheat, or harm the game.
• After Termination: If your account is closed, you lose access to your in-game items or progress, and we may delete your data (per our Privacy Policy).

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• As-Is: Last Wish is provided “as is.” We don’t promise it will be perfect or always available.
• No Liability: We’re not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage from playing Last Wish, unless required by law. This includes issues from VR use, like motion sickness.
• Third Parties: We’re not responsible for Meta’s platform, your headset, or other services linked to the game.

9. Governing Law
